Last updated October 23, 2026

The Way Napa Valley is a private planning app for a church plant in Napa Valley, run by Nick Dunne. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app uses and how.

What we collect

  • If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or anything else in your Google account.
  • If you sign in with an email link, we receive only your email address.
  • Things you or the church admin add to the app: service plans, songs and charts, team and volunteer assignments, contact details for people in the church, announcements, notes and prayer requests.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to let you sign in, show you service plans and schedules, and share church information with other signed-in members. Private prayer requests are visible only to you and the pastor/admin.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage). The app's web pages are hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share it with advertisers or anyone outside the church, except the service providers above.
  • We do not use ads or tracking cookies. The app only stores a sign-in session in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to have your account removed, at any time by emailing nickjdunne@gmail.com. We will delete it promptly. You can also revoke the app's access in your Google account settings.

Children

The app is meant for adults in the church. Children do not have accounts. Kids ministry notes describe lessons, not children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
