Terms of Use

The Way Napa Valley is a private app run by Nick Dunne for planning gatherings of a church plant in Napa Valley. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

The app is for members of the church who have been invited. The admin may add or remove access at any time.

Using it well

• Keep what you post respectful and appropriate for a church community.
• Treat other people's information, especially prayer requests, with care, and don't share it outside the church without permission.
• Only upload song charts and files you have the right to use.
• Don't try to access data you aren't meant to see, or interfere with the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You allow the app to store it and show it to other signed-in members as the app is designed to. You can ask for it to be removed.

No guarantees

This is a free, volunteer-run app provided "as is". It may change, have downtime or lose data, so keep copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Nick Dunne is not liable for losses from using it.

Changes and ending

These terms may be updated on this page. The app may be changed or shut down at any time.
